3.2 License and Usage Rights

• Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the digital product
• You may use the content for personal, family, and home educational purposes
• You may print copies for use within your immediate household
• You may NOT: redistribute, resell, share publicly, or use for commercial purposes
• Violation of these terms may result in legal action

4. In-Person Programs

4.1 Enrollment

• Enrollment is subject to availability and age requirements
• Parents/guardians must provide accurate information about the child
• We reserve the right to verify age and other enrollment criteria

4.2 Payment Terms

• Monthly fees are due at the beginning of each month
• Kit fees (where applicable) are one-time payments and non-refundable
• Late payments may result in temporary suspension from classes

4.3 Attendance and Conduct

• Regular attendance is expected for optimal learning outcomes
• Parents must inform us in advance of absences
• Missed classes due to personal reasons are not refundable or reschedulable
• Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the program without refund

5. Payment and Pricing

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes
• Payments are processed securely through Razorpay
• We reserve the right to modify prices; existing enrollments will not be affected
• Failed payments may result in delayed delivery or service interruption

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and in our products, including but not limited to:

• Text, graphics, logos, and images
• Activity designs and curriculum content
• Software and code
• Audio and video materials

For Digital Products (Little Scientists):

• Activities are designed for ages 3-6 and require adult supervision
• Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring safe conduct of activities
• Follow all safety guidelines provided in the activity pack
• We are not liable for any injuries resulting from improper supervision or misuse

For In-Person Programs:

• Children are supervised during class hours
• Parents must pick up children promptly after class
• Inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, or special needs

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We recommend reviewing these terms periodically.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India.
